We prepared for this month’s runday by buying and stocking food for the barbecue lunch, washing off the picnic area and grills, blowing the right of way, and readying the sprinkler system.
The new North Yard/Mountain Route crossover was completed. Ongoing projects including track panel building and welding work for the new lumber camp bridge progressed. We plan to move the first segment of the cross-over bridge next week and could use any spare manpower.
Ice cream was also restocked to cool down our summer work force.

Between workdays a second grading of the new right of way to the caboose loop was completed with the help of ranch resources. This project will rest for a bit while we continue the Lumber Camp Bridge project.
