Bruce replaces thread bare wooden ties with new plastic ties
Bruce lead the effort to replace 100’. At the end of the day the upgraded track had been ballasted and was back in working order. We used all the tools at our disposal:
Pre-drilled ties
Ties populated with 4 screws
No tie plates
Bill’s new gauging jigs
Utilizing Bruce’s experience from the previous Rabbit Flat experiments
